You can log into aMember and cancel the recurring charges (so they will not be billed again).
They can keep the theme forever (but without support and updates) if purchased after June 2018.
The only users who continue to have Lifetime access to updates and downloads to themes are those who were grandfathered in i.e. before we acquired Tesla or NEW Lifetime purchases (who have access to both updates/support).
