When a BOWP member wants to cancel their membership (and/or receive a refund), you can send the following 
canned response under REFUNDS > BOWP Request for Refund and Cancellation.

If a refund is issued:

Refunds should be processed the same as all of our other Stripe refunds.


You can then respond with our regular canned response under Refunds > FULL Refund ISSUED (only used AFTER the refund has been performed) and mark the ticket as Resolved.

If they are responding to a notification sent to them as a reminder to update their billing details, check Stripe and Under Subscriptions, select Cancel immediately.


If they want to not pay again, to ensure they are not billed next year) go into Stripe and search for the user. Under Subscriptions, select Cancel at end of billing period. When that date comes up, we will receive a separate Freshdesk ticket for BOWP (s2Member / API Notification Email - EOT/Deletions https://reactr.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/64000037115.


Then the canned response under Billing and Membership Accounts > BOWP Subscription Cancelled Confirmation (after cancelling in Stripe) can be sent
