Log into https://www.bestofweddingphotography.com/wp-admin/.

Search for the member's profile under Posts > Edit.

In the post/subject line, change the studio name i.e. Alessandro Della Savia | DS Visuals to Alessandro Della Savia.

Edit the Permalink to the new name i.e. alessandro-della-savia-ds-visuals to alessandro-della-savia OK

Update

Since the BOWP Blog redirects back to the BOWP main site -- the Post name must match the user name exactly in the blog – you will need to create a new login submission for the BOWP Blog.

First, log into https://www.bestofweddingphotography.com/blog/wp-admin. Select Users > Search for the existing studio name and copy this information to a text file:

First Name

Last Name

Email Address

Website

Once you have copied the information that you need, search for the Username again – check to ensure that they have no blogs posted i.e. under the Posts column.

If there are 0 posts, select the User and select Delete.

Select Confirm Deletion.

Next go to Users > Add New:

Username (will be the new studio name)

Then copy in the remainder of the information i.e, first name, last name, email address, website.

The User Role Wedding Photog should be checked. Uncheck Subscriber role.

Make sure the Send User Notification is checked. Then select Add New User.

Login details will be sent to the member with his new studio name.

Next, respond to the Freshdesk ticket letting the user know that his studio/business name has been changed and that we have sent them new login details for the BOWP Blog to reflect the new name.

Change Status to Waiting on Customer after responding
