Log into Stripe: https://dashboard.stripe.com/ and search for the member. Scroll down the page to Payments to see when they last paid. If it was 30 days or less ONLY, send them the canned response under Refund Request Responses > BOWP Request for Refund and Cancellation.

If the last payment was months ago, in Stripe, scroll down to Subscriptions. Click on the three dots (...) and you will be given these options:
Update subscription
Cancel subscription
Pause payment collection
View Subscription
View Upcoming Invoice
Click on Cancel subscription
You will have two choices:
Immediately
End of the current period
On a custom date
Click on End of the current period
Then click on Cancel subscription.
Once you have done this you can send this canned response under Billing and Membership Accounts >BOWP Subscription Cancelled Confirmation (after cancelling in Stripe).
