Spam Folder


Check the spam folder at least twice daily to see if there are any valid tickets in there. Follow the solution article https://reactr.freshdesk.com/a/solutions/articles/64000055936  to restore the contact and mark the ticket as Not Spam.


Delete the remaining spam tickets to keep the volume clean.


Trash Folder


Check the Trash folder at least twice daily and again check to ensure there are no valid tickets in that folder. If so, restore the ticket(s).


You will note that sometimes there are password changes and login details that users have shared with us. If the information is pertinent to a user you are working with, copy the information that is required to the appropriate contact in the About section.


Some tickets may be duplicates of those in the In Box. It makes more sense to delete them (rather than merging them). When we merge, it closes one of the tickets which sometimes results in members becoming confused and rating us as extremely dissatisfied.


You can then delete the tickets to keep the volume clean.
