You already have a FreshDesk account under your current email (the one you use to open a ticket) but you need to generate a password.
Go to https://reactr.freshdesk.com/ and click on "Forgot your password".
- Add your email and click on "Reset my password". Once you do that, you will get an email to reset your password.
- Then, introduce your new password for our support site and click on "Update & Log in" (Please, be sure to save or remember your password).
- Next time you will be prompted with something similar to this login view, use your email address and your new password.
