Here's the solution on how to fix it:


1) Revoke all of their access (at the bottom of their order).

2) Go back up to the top of the order and Add API keys. If the member has purchased All Themes + 1 year support -- click on Add API key (they are all in the drop-down menu). You will need to do this for all the themes:


    Januas

    Fudge

    Tyler

    Event Manager

    Vertoh

    Khore

    Mondree

    Fudge 2

    Conference Pro

    Open Event

    Speakersumo


This same procedure can be followed for any theme that is purchased -- you would just select the specific theme.


3) On the right hand side, you will see Order Actions. Click Save.


4)  In the drop-down menu, click on Regenerate download permissions. Click Save.


5) Under Order Actions, click on Resend Completed Order.
