If a member asks to change his/her email address:
- Verify that the initial account or email address he/she has provided is correct in aMember: https://teslathemes.com/amember/.
Note: the account should be active. If not, suggest that they purchase new and create a new account. - Click on the "Edit" account icon.
- Change the email address here:
- Then Save.
- Finally use the "Resend Signup E-mail" so the user can access Tesla with his/her new email address.
- Status: "Pending".
- We should check with the user in a couple of days. If the user does not answer, we can check if they have recently access.
- Then, mark as "Resolved".
