Existing BOWP members often want to change the photos (or locations, bio, etc.) that are published as profiles on our BOWP website. You can respond with this canned message (BOWP Member Wants to Update Profile Images/Photos/Bio) and then mark it as ‘Waiting on Customer’.

When the member submits the new images/bio information, etc. you can put the status in Pending until you are ready to work on it. We try to turn these around in less than 2 business days. It's VERY IMPORTANT that you change the names of the Image from the existing images already uploaded i.e. if the existing image names are John_Smith_Photography_001.jpg rename the new images to something like John_Smith_001.jpg. Otherwise, keeping the same name will not update the new images and continue to use the old images.


Note: In case we are changing the Studio's name we need to accommodate the permalink. As well, a new user will need to be created for the BOWP Blog (as the username is the studio name). After that, the username can be deleted from the users of the BOWP blog. If they had previous blog posts submitted (when you delete that user ID you will be given an option to associate their blogs to the new username.
