When people write in requesting the services and/or fees of our BOWP members, you can send the canned response under BOWP entitled Leads: Potential couples wishing to work with our BOWP members. Change the location highlighted in yellow to the location that the person is asking about. You can find these links here: https://www.bestofweddingphotography.com/. Select Control f and input the location and it will bring you to that city/province, etc. Click on the link (and copy it into the response).

If the person writes back and wants you to send their request to a specific photographer, find the photographer here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1SyJseaoSspsjxR5AKrPH5rVJj4ytstG5/edit?dls=true#gid=1173358473 -- copy their email address and forward to the photographer with the subject title: Best of Wedding Photography Lead for you. Write a nice introduction to the lead you are forwarding, so that they know this is an authentic email from us. You can then Shift + Close the ticket.
