When we receive this notification, it means that Stripe tried to collect the subscription payment and all efforts failed (or we have refunded the member's account and cancelled the sunscription. This expires the BOWP member. (First search in Freshdesk to see if they were recently refunded -- if so, all of this work has already been done and you can close the ticket, Type: Billing, Group: Imagely Admin, Tags: BOWP Payments, Cancellation). Please do the following:

1) Log into http://bestofweddingphotography.com/wp-admin.

Under Posts, search for the BOWP studio/photographer name > Edit.

On the right-hand, under Status: Published, select Edit, Select Pending Review in the drop-down menu > OK; then select Update.

2) Log into https://www.bestofweddingphotography.com/blog/wp-admin.

Under Users, search for the BOWP studio/photographer name > Edit.

Scroll down to User Roles at the bottom on the page. Un-click WeddingPhotog and click on Subscriber. Update User.

3) Log into https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1lTeuGe-dZywPkSd1h_rhaias_J2qT0nD/edit#gid=160260199.

Search for the BOWP studio name. Change the highlight from light orange to light green (as found in the legend). Change the Comments to the date – payment failures i.e. 5/2019 payment failures.

4) Log into https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1SyJseaoSspsjxR5AKrPH5rVJj4ytstG5/edit#gid=1173358473

Search for the BOWP studio name on the Active sheet, Tab 1. Control + copy that row up to and including Round.

Open the Removed tab 2 sheet and paste that row alphabetically and input Pending in the first Comments column, and add a comment i.e. date – payment failures in the 2^nd Comments column.

Open the Active spreadsheet and delete that studio’s row. Scroll to the bottom and change the Total Members to one less.

5) Go back to the Freshdesk ticket under More > Edit Ticket Details > Change the contact email to the BOWP member’s email address – you can find that in the ticket. Also put in the Contact name.

Change the subject to Studio Name – BOWP Membership Cancellation. Send this canned response: BOWP EOT Membership Cancellation:
